Everything from unwinding the kimono to sewing is done by hand.
Kimono storage
お客様のお持ちの着物・浴衣・反物を発送していただくか、お持ち込みしていただいております。
反物の場合は、ほどきや洗いの料金（5,000円）を料金から差し引かせていただきます。
02 デザインの決定
新規のデザインやフルオーダーは承っておりません。
お送りしていただいた着物（大きさ・状態・素材）によっては、デザインに制約があったり、リメイクを提供できない場合がございます。その場合は、こちらから連絡させていただきます。
03 着物のほどきと洗い
お預かりした着物の状態の点検、デザインが決定しましたら、こちらでほどきの作業と、簡易的な洗いをさせていただきます。
04 アイロンがけ
洗いが完了しましたら、乾燥とアイロンでの熱処理をいたします。
反物の場合、ほどき・洗い・アイロンでの熱処理の工程はいたしません。
05 縫製
ほどきから熱処理を終えたら、縫製へ移ります。
清愛KIMONOでのすべての工程は、機械を使わず手作業になります。
商品の受け取り
着物のお預かりから、商品がお手元に届くまで、約２ヶ月から６ヶ月ほどお時間をいただいております。作成期間は、パターンや混み具合によって異なります。

About the period
The creation period will vary depending on the pattern you choose and how crowded it is.
It usually takes about 2 to 6 months.
If you are in a hurry, please contact us. In that case, please contact us in advance as additional charges may apply.
About semi-order patterns
We accept orders for existing patterns only, which are posted on this website. Regarding adjustments such as size and length, we will respond after consultation.
We are not currently handling orders for new patterns, but we will continue to update new items, so please check the homepage from time to time.
About your kimono and order
Depending on the material of the kimono, there may be some unsuitability or restrictions when remaking it into clothes. Also, depending on the condition of the kimono, it may not be possible to remake it.
After receiving your kimono, if you decide that the pattern you have selected is not suitable, we will propose a better pattern.
We will always make the best proposals to meet your needs as much as possible, so please feel free to contact us.
In addition, the payment amount may change depending on the proposed pattern.
About stains and stains on kimono
Even if you keep your kimono in a safe place, color changes and stains will appear over the years. I think that the change in color is also a good thing about old kimono.
Even if you cherish a kimono, you may have trouble remaking it because it has small stains or the fabric is damaged. In case of Ki, we will remake it while avoiding stains, stains and damaged parts as much as possible, so please feel free to contact us. Please note that it may be judged that the remake cannot be performed depending on the size of the spots, stains, and damaged parts.
Kimono KIMONO does not remove stains or stains. If necessary, please bring it to a specialty store.
Check for stains and stains
After receiving the kimono, we will check the condition of the kimono, stains and stains. After sharing what you have confirmed and what we have confirmed, we will move on to the remake work.
About the smell of kimono
Some of the kimonos that we keep carefully may smell damp, mold or insect repellent. Kimono KIMONO's semi-order is only a simple wash, so it is not possible to completely remove the odor. It can be alleviated by drying in the shade in a well-ventilated place, but if you feel uncomfortable, we recommend that you bring it to a kimono shop or a cleaning shop before remake.
Remake from cloth and haori
We have prepared patterns that can be remade not only from kimono but also from haori.
If it is a piece of cloth, we will deduct the charge for processes such as unwinding and washing (5,000 yen tax not included) from the charge for semi-order.
If you would like to have a more specialized wash, we recommend that you bring it to a specialty store or a cleaning shop.
